| 17 September 2009 Radius updates again its FastNet RTU, this time to add ModBus master protocol drivers. The FastNet Telemetry RTU already supports DNP3, IEC870-5-101, IEC870-5-104 and ModBus slave protocols, but now benefits from ModBus master protocol. This makes the FastNet RTU extremely flexible, allowing it to be daisy-chained, for extend I/O modules to be added and other peripheral devices such as power qulaity meters to be linked. No wonder it is becoming the telemetry, SCADA and smart grid RTU of choice.
