RTU-16D

The NetMan system is made up of 2 main building blocks. The RNO data Radio Network Outstations and the RTU-16D digital input/output card.

The RTU-16D card is designed to work with the RNO 301 and RNO 401. Each card provides 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. Each digital input consists of a bi-polar opto-isolated connection, with an LED indication to be able to see at a glance the status of the input. Digital outputs are driven through isolating relays, again each output is supported by an LED to determine it’s status.

The RTU-16D card is very compact making it suitable for retro-fitting into existing equipment cabinets, in order to bring remote control/telemetry applications to the existing equipment.

The RNO data radio network outstation and the RTU-16D can be built up in to create a very flexible telemetry outstation, either as an off-the-shelf solution for new equipment or as a retro-fit design for existing equipment. Radius  RNO and RTU-16D solutions, allow customers to communicate to new telemetry equipment and old, what ever the application and what ever the location.
