Uni-View`s excel reports is an additional option for a Uni-View system.

The Uni-View Excel reports option is an add-on to Microsoft Excel. The Uni-View Excel report function collects the stored data from Uni-View`s database and processes the stored data into a nice presentable Excel report. The function uses complex calculations and functions that are offered in Microsoft Excel for processing the data.

With Uni-View Excel reports the user can create a free report layout. Excel offers a lot of different options for size, colour, frames, tables and diagrams. This could be very useful for reports that are going to be sent to outside organisations such as government departments, regulators or board of members.

The reports can cover different times; day, week, month or year and it can be very detailed. With the Uni-View Excel report function it is also possible to enter data that are manually read and analysed. The data will be stored in the Uni-View historic database and can be presented in the Uni-View Excel reports.

It is also possible to put in data that are analysed manually and get a well-presented and helpful report out.

It is important that information from your remote control SCADA/telemetry or industrial process is not just housed in the systems database, but is made freely available to senior management, accountants and your customers.
